Kerri G. Reynolds
Kerri is the President and a founding partner of The Career Starters Group (CSG).  Prior to CSG, Kerri spent her career with brand name Fortune 500 companies  in  Human Resources Management and Business Development roles.   Kerri served as the Group Head, Global Talent Acquisition for MasterCard Worldwide, where her responsibilities ranged from the recruiting and retention of global talent to the successful operations of human resources programs. Prior to MasterCard Kerri worked in business development positions for both Citibank and The Gap. 
 
Kerri earned her M.B.A with distinction in Finance and International Management from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY and her B.A. degree in Economics from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut.  Kerri currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Academy of Mt. St. Ursula, Bronx, NY and has also served as a member on the WIRED Initiative, a program sponsored by the US Department of Labor to identify and create career opportunities for Fairfield and Westchester counties.
 
Maureen Deacy
Maureen is the Vice President and a founding partner of The Career Starters Group (CSG).  Prior to CSG, Maureen's recruiting career was with Impact Personnel, Norwalk, Connecticut where she specialized in permanent staffing for human resources, marketing and administration professionals.  Maureen started her career in the Research & Development Department at International Paper, NYC, NY followed by a career as an IT professional with Citizen's Communications in Stamford, Connecticut.  In addition, Maureen worked for a privately owned human resources consulting firm that specialized in executive coaching.
 
Maureen has an A.A.S. degree in Business from Westchester Community College.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is PHR certified.  Maureen actively fund raises for the American Cancer Society and volunteers her time to perform career counseling at Grace Institute School for Women.
